What We Do

We empower women to set boundaries that prioritize their own well-being despite facing challenges such as domestic abuse, mental health issue, and addiction.

Navigating toward stability can feel overwhelming without support. Women may grapple with depression, anxiety, and cultural/spiritual disconnection, but recognizing the connection to struggles with setting healthy boundaries against coercion and abuse is crucial for healing.

Discover inner strength, embrace unique capabilities, and achieve personal growth.

2. Provide peer-to-peer support

Create nurturing space where women regain sense of agency, social connection, and develop resiliency.

3. Holistic approach to recovery

We tackle the multifaceted experiences faced by women focusing on their unique needs and aspirations.
